AgentsWallets is a product of HiDash, LLC. By accessing or using AgentsWallets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentsWallets provides wallet infrastructure for AI agents, including policy controls, audit trails, and skill routing. We provide technology infrastructure only — we are not a financial institution, exchange, custodian, or investment advisor.

3. No Investment Advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Any transactions executed through agent wallets are initiated by users or their configured AI agents, not by AgentsWallets. We do not recommend, endorse, or advise on any particular digital asset, token, or investment strategy.

You acknowledge and agree that all investment decisions are made solely by you or your AI agents under your direction, and that AgentsWallets bears no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from such decisions.

4. Asset Security & Self-Custody

AgentsWallets operates on a non-custodial model. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials. We do not have access to, store, or manage your private keys.

Loss of private keys or seed phrases will result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets. AgentsWallets cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your data through industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and private keys.
• Configure appropriate policy controls for your AI agent wallets.
• Monitor agent activity and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentsWallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets.
• Losses resulting from AI agent actions or trading decisions.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your wallet due to compromised credentials.
• Losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or protocol failures.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms
